  1. I read something very similar to that a while ago (in fact I’ve read a lot of things similar to it over the years) and I totally agree. Partners, love ones and family members of those suffering depression need to read and understand. It’s all good and well that a person suffering depression reads it but those around them rarely understand the issue preferring to either hide from it or just walk away from it. If you can find someone who doesn’t walk away they are worth their weight in gold.

  2. Thank you for sharing this post, I have recently written an article on the depression I went through, then I thought to myself that it’s too futile and stupid from my own point of view to post on my own depressing stage that I went through.
    Perhaps one day I will have the courage to finally post it.
