Keep Your Vision

“Don’t be discouraged if people don’t see your vision, your harvest. All they see from their perspective is that you’re watering a whole lot of dirt. They don’t SEE what seeds you’ve been planting with blood, sweat, tears and lack of sleep. Make sure you don’t abandon or neglect it because “they” don’t see it. You have to KNOW and believe for yourself. They don’t see the roots and what’s budding under the dirt. But it’s okay, because it’s NOT meant for them to see it. While you wait, MASTER it. You continue to do YOUR work and have unwavering faith! Remember why you started planting in the first place. Your harvest WILL come!”

  1. Beautiful landscape for this week’s harvest. 😀

  2. Love the photo, and that quote is so motivational!

  3. Oh, wow! That’s a beautiful photo, that is accompanied with an equally lovely quote!

You know, I definitely know now not to let other people’s ideas and doubts to stir me from my vision. That’s the second time in a couple of weeks that I’ve heard that. The first time was in a book I read a couple of weeks ago, might be the Universe trying to tell me something…

    • Thanks sweetie! I would certainly take that as a sign. If you can learn this at a young age then you are doing better than I. It is easy to get caught up in what other people think instead of following your own instincts and heart. Sometimes that means going it ane or against the flow, but don’t let those things deture you from doing what you set out to do! ~Mac xx

      • Hehe, that is really good advice Mac. And I agree, you shouldn’t ever feel discouraged from your vision. People shouldn’t deture you from your vision, nor should that change the vision itself to something that appeals to them. The fact that you’ve learnt it at your age, means that you’re doing better than every other person who hasn’t learnt that lesson.

Besides, we are writers after all…

  4. 😉 Well, at my age, I still wish I’d learned it younger- lol! Yes, we are writers aren’t we!
