A String Of Lights

“It’s alright, just wait and see, your string of lights is still bright to me. Who you are is not where you’ve been. You’re still an innocent. It’s okay life is a tough crowd…” ~Taylor Swift

Light My Path

When the path before me was dark and I could not find my way
I looked out into all the shadows and thought I saw a little ray
Not knowing where I’m going or if I was even on the road
All I knew was that I carried a terribly burdensome load
Then through the misty hallways a light it did appear
Beauty of its presence did bring to my eye a tear
At last I can see my angel sent from up above
Sent to be my aide to fill my void with love

Capturing Light

How perfect of a challenge this was for me. Just this Sunday we went to an amazing light show that a local garden puts on for Christmas, “Night Of A Thousand Candles.” It is quite spectacular with candles and lights, reflective waters and beautiful art. I wanted to share some of these with you and wish you a Merry Christmas!
